    Windows systems, networking, security, and collaboration with a specialty in Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures – Email and Domain Consolidations. Organizations today are often experiencing change due to acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and normal growth that require technical restructuring.     We provide consulting services for Microsoft ActiveDirectory and Exchange health assessments and architecture review and

    Our principal focus is on organizations who are facing necessary change related to acquisitions, mergers, divestitures or internal reorganization. Change that necessitates the restructuring or moving of Active Directory and/or email services which is frequently accompanied with a short timeframe to accomplish. When many organizations are faced with these common circumstances they require a specific skillset for a period of time. This is where we provide professional assistance in managing these activities.

    Congrats to James for another “Job Well Done” e-mail!

    James has had a run of “Tough Customers”, the latest had already been through several consultants by the time James had arrived. Some of them had made things a bit better, but most of them had made them a lot worse. The reason why they had failed? They never stopped to ask the key questions about what the customer really needed and also what was the “right” solution for the requirements. By the time James had gotten there the customer had two failed solutions in play.

    James took the job on short notice – Once onsite he agreed to work through the weekend. During his time there he had to combat a customer who had confidence issues and deal with onsite Microsoft services. Along the way James had to fix three broken exchange forests and turn them back into functioning environments, with all three orgs sharing Availability data between them. And the real kicker? He had to do this using Quick Connect, a product he was learning “on the fly”.

    The result, as you can see below, was a success!

    I wanted to take a moment to let you know that, as of last Saturday, we have officially split in to two completely separate companies, which completes this phase.
